Awaken to who you are
After practicing yoga for some time, perhaps the small voice within is getting louder. You know, the one which reminds you that yoga is a path to the place where you feel most grounded, whole and at ease with your Self. And that no matter what’s going on in your life, yoga can provide calm amidst the storm, and clarity amidst confusion. That voice may also be encouraging you to take your practice to a deeper level.
If so, consider taking LivingYoga Teacher Training. In this 200-hour program, you’ll expand your knowledge and skills to take your learning to the highest level…teaching others.
